Rajma Masala Porcupine
Ingredients
- Boiled Rajma – 1 Cup
- Chopped Onion – ¼ cup
- Chopped Tomato – ¼ cup
- Chopped green chilli – 1
- Boiled Potatoes – 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Soaked rice – ½ cup
Method:
- In a bowl add in all the ingredients except rice.
- Mash the rajma and mix it well .
- Make roundels and coat it with soaked rice, press the rice evenly all over and steam it for 10-12 mins in a steamer.
- Serve it with your favourite chutney or ketchup.
